Science Club Days Volunteers

Science Club Days are designed for the entire family or group to learn through exciting hands-on activities based in science/technology/engineering/mathematics areas of study. Each Science Club Day is themed and customizable, and incorporates resources found on the campus of the University of North Texas and within the DFW metroplex area.  All Science Club Days include associated activities, demonstrations, and refreshments.  All Science Club Days will be held at the Elm Fork Education Center in the Environmental Education, Science and Technology (EESAT) building located on the UNT campus, 1704 W. Mulberry St., Denton, TX.

The roles of volunteers will vary with each Science Club Day, but generally they will assist participants with activities that are related to the theme of the Science Club Day and reset each activity between participants. They may also be asked to monitor refreshment distribution, admission tables, and provide assistance with event closing and clean up. Hours will vary with each Science Club Day.
